Dear Dr. Michael Sachs,

Just a quick note... Went to a business meeting yesterday and purely by chance met the grown up daughter of my Girl Scout Leader when I was a kid. When we finally established that I knew her family, her sister was in my 1st grade class, she said, "But you're too young to have been in my Mother's troop." Hmmm, even without makreup and still a little swollen you did a great job Dr. Michael Sachs.

Hey Dr. Michael Evan Sachs,

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how beautiful my nose looks. Can you believe its been a year? I thought I would get the opportunity to let you see me in person, but my vacation to New York on September 14, 2001 was canceled due to the tragedy on September 11. I do not want to send a picture because you really can't see how good I look Dr. Michael Evan Sachs. I now where my hair off my face and am astounded at the compliments I receive. Most people say "gosh, you loook really good with your hair back in a ponytail." Some even say that I look 10 years younger with my hair pulled back. I crack up laughing to myself, because they don't have a clue that I got my nose done. Anyway, I hope all is well with you in New York. Bye the way S.F. just loves her nose too! She and I crack up about how we looked in our bandages boarding the plane from New York to Chicago.

Just to touch base firstly to Thanky you so much for excellent care and operation and of course to let you know that my nose is perfect.

Took off plaster on Sun, 6 days after op, and brilliant no bruising left I couldn't believe the perfect nose that I saw as I had every confidence in you, but you are the best.

I look forward to coming to see you at 6 on Wed April 24th Dr. Michael Evan Sachs.

Please can you send me a quick e-mail and let me know when its allowable to blow one's nose, 10 days, 14 days after operation?
